Team Building: Developing people out of “who they are” and connecting them to people, purpose, and a plan for fulfillment and team accomplishment. Coaches Coaching Tract: A,B,C’s of Coaching through advanced coaching techniques. Capturing the mindset and approach in helping others reach their goals and objectives. Inquest Coaching Network: Coaches utilizing the Inquest system’s approach to developing multiplication. Access, resourcing and on-going training in effective coaching processes and techniques. Assessments Planter, staffing, pastor assessing: An intensive generated report on candidates that emphasizes strengths, limitation, and best possible scenarios. Designed to be used in a triangular; supervisor, coach, recipient type relationship. Assessment Lab: Selected personnel going through classroom, practical and intensive hands on training to begin process of becoming an effective assessor. ConsultingRegional Training Centers: Strategic working relationships between denominations, districts, catalyst churches in delivering and training personnel in the Inquest systems. Conference on Strategy & Performance for Leaders: Exposure to the Inquest systems approach to multiplication, understanding the connections, and how the training modules and workshops complement each other. Supervisor Summit: Open forum for supervisors and leaders to share their processes, while learning from each other. Time of equipping and encouraging supervisory personnel in their roles and responsibilities. |
