Why Profiling?

There are all kinds of evaluations that measure personality types, spiritual gifts, management styles, conflict skills and the list goes on. We are licensed to administer a unique profiler that combines several of these elements and produces a highly accurate profile of the candidate. In order for you to be an effective coach and to have a positive and productive coaching relationship, you must know yourself, as well as, the person you are coaching.
